You’ll receive this Service Agreement by text message after booking. Replying YES confirms that you’ve read and agree to these terms.
Service Scope
We provide the cleaning service you selected at booking, performed by a background-checked Talli’s Cleaning team member.
Scheduling & Access
Please ensure access to your home at the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at booking. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs from the original estimate.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your service and we’ll make it right.
Confirmation by SMS
Replying YES to our SMS confirmation means you agree to this Service Agreement for your booking. Any other reply will not be treated as acceptance, and our team will follow up with you directly.
